Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time

Processing time:
After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 1-3 Business Days generally (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays).

Shipping time:
However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
You will receive the product within 5-25 business days, the specific time needed depending on your harvest address and if it is or isn't the busy season.

Tracking:
You can check your logistics TRACKING INFO here, paste your tracking number in the blank(you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message when your order shipped and find your tracking number in it).

Exchanges:
If you receive a damaged item or wrong item you must notify us at info@supskart.com within 30 days of the initial purchase. You were supposed to take some photos of the Logistics list and products and add any other pieces of evidence you can provide.
Please make sure to return the product as it is and your order number must be notated in the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you return your orders without paying, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
